How do I secure my wedding day/event?

Please complete the enquiry form on the Contact page. Your date is not secured until you have received written confirmation from me, accepted the Booking Terms and paid the amount stated on your invoice.

If you book a trial, the trial fee will be shown separately on your invoice. If no trial is booked, an £80 reservation payment is required. The reservation payment forms part of the total booking price and will be deducted from your final balance

What is included in the price?

False eyelashes are included for both your trial and wedding or event appointment, where suitable and requested.

Hairpieces, padding and extensions are not included unless stated in your quotation. Any recommended extras and their prices will be discussed and agreed with you before they are ordered or used.

What are travel costs and arrangements?

Travel costs are based on the appointment address and will be included in your written quotation before you confirm the booking. They are calculated per mile by postcodes, together with any necessary parking, toll, congestion or public-transport charges.

If the location or venue changes, the travel charge may need to be recalculated and agreed with you.

What if I have a large bridal party?

For larger bridal parties, I may recommend bringing an experienced freelance hair or makeup artist to ensure everyone is ready on time.

I will discuss this with you in advance. Any additional cost will be included in your quotation and agreed before your booking is confirmed. I will remain your main point of contact and responsible for managing the services included in your booking.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations must be made by email and will take effect when received.

Any trial or other service already provided remains payable. Charges for services that have not yet been provided will be determined under the cancellation schedule in the Booking Terms. These charges are intended to reflect reasonable losses arising from the cancellation, taking account of costs saved and whether the date can be rebooked.

Any payment received above the applicable cancellation charge will be refunded. Please read the full Booking Terms before confirming your appointment.

Can I move my booking to another date?

Please contact me as soon as possible if your date changes. I will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the new date, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Any transfer fee, additional travel cost or non-refundable expense will be explained and agreed before the booking is moved. The cancellation terms may apply if I am unavailable on the new date.

Do you travel abroad for weddings?

Absolutely. Destination bookings are quoted individually.

The client is responsible for the travel, accommodation, transfers and other expenses specified in the agreed quotation. Travel arrangements will not be booked until the required payment has been received. Responsibility for cancellation or amendment costs will be set out clearly in the Booking Terms and limited to agreed, non-recoverable expenses actually incurred.

What happens on the day of the wedding/ event?

I will arrive at the agreed location at the time confirmed in your booking schedule. I will provide a suggested timetable in advance, and the client is responsible for ensuring that everyone receiving a service is present, prepared and ready at their allocated time.

Please provide a clean, well-lit working area with a suitable table, chair and access to an electrical socket where required. Delays may mean that services have to be shortened or, where necessary, omitted so that the agreed finishing time can be met. Services affected by delays outside my control remain payable.

Good preparation helps the morning run smoothly, feel relaxed and keep everyone on time for the ceremony or event.
